General
These Terms are between you and Jobs In Lanzarote and are deemed to have been accepted by you by using the Services provided on our Website, in consideration of which Jobs In Lanzarote agrees to allow you, subject to these Terms & Conditions of Use, to use the Services.

From time to time Jobs In Lanzarote may modify the Terms & Conditions of use. You will be notified of any such modifications the next time you attempt to access the Website. If at any time you do not accept the Terms & Conditions of Use, you must not continue to use the Services, your CV Information and Profile may be removed from the Data Store and you may be refused access to the Website or any part thereof.

These Terms & Conditions of Use shall take immediate effect in substitution for all previous Terms & Conditions of Use, whether written, oral or implied, between you and Jobs In Lanzarote.

Jobs In Lanzarote has no responsibility for such material and its appearance on the Website does not imply any endorsement of any products or services advertised therein. Jobs In Lanzarote is merely providing access to such material via the Website as a service to users.

Jobs In Lanzarote does not control the Content provided by Job Seekers, Employers or other third parties, and has no obligation to monitor such Content.

You must satisfy yourself, by making whatever enquiries you may deem necessary and sufficient, as to the suitability, reputation, standard of integrity and reliability of any Employers which may contact you as a result of your use of the Services. Jobs In Lanzarote accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising out of the negligence, dishonesty or misconduct of Employers.

Jobs In Lanzarote has no responsibility for the content of any Third Party Sites, and Jobs In Lanzarote accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses or penalties whatsoever that may be incurred as a result of any linking to any Third Party Site.

Suspension and termination of your registration
Jobs In Lanzarote reserves the right (without prejudice to any other available rights and remedies) to terminate or restrict your access to the Website and/or to remove your CV Information and/or any other material which you have submitted to the Website at any time without your prior consent in its sole and absolute discretion.

A CV Document which is submitted by you for inclusion in the Data Store will, while included in the Data Store, be accessible by all registered Employers and may therefore be read by others without your knowledge. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that no personally identifying information about yourself or other individuals is included in your CV Document which you do not wish to be made public. By including any personal information in your CV Document you are deemed by having accepted these Terms & Conditions of Use to have consented to the disclosure of such information to Employers.

Jobs In Lanzarote is committed to uphold your individual right to privacy. As part of the Services we offer there are options for you to control the use of the information that you have given to Jobs In Lanzarote. No credit card information forms part of this Website.

Jobs In Lanzarote systems are designed to avoid or minimize the use of personal information. Jobs In Lanzarote will never deliberately disclose individual identifiable information without first receiving your permission (which may be implied by the provision of your CV Document).

Representations

Remedies

Waiver

Force Majeure
